For the team running AI search readiness across a group of businesses.
You received a personal link that looks like schema-auditor.zigfeld.com/?token=…. Open it once and the browser remembers you. Group links are scoped: your team sees your portfolio and nothing else. Each teammate should use their own link.
Your folder opens on an executive view built for a leadership scan, top to bottom:
Each business carries two numbers that move independently:
A business with strong visibility but a weak readiness score is coasting on brand footprint and leaking citations to third parties. A business with strong readiness but weak visibility usually has an awareness or namesake problem; the census evidence will say which.
A census is one measurement run for one business: a set of real customer questions put to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, with every answer stored. From any member's Benchmark stage you can run one on demand; ask us to schedule portfolio sweeps so every member stays fresh without clicking through them one by one.
The queue chip in the header shows every running job across your portfolio with live progress. Finished rows clear with the ×; running jobs can be cancelled the same way.
For client meetings and leadership reports, ask for the portfolio AI Visibility Board: a one-page brief with the per-engine averages, every member's visibility grid, and the who owns your answers list showing which sites get cited when your businesses do not, each with an authority chip. Green chips are domains within your strongest member's reach (outrank them); amber chips are stronger domains (pitch to be featured). Namesake sites stealing answers surface here automatically.
Links are per person and scoped to your portfolio. Ask us to add or revoke teammates; rotation is immediate. Admin settings (API keys, scoring configuration) stay with Zigfeld; if a teammate opens Settings they will see a note to that effect plus the parts they can use, like the Brand Canon editor for verified facts.
The feedback button floats at the bottom right of every screen. It captures your whole screen plus your notes and sends both to us, for bugs and ideas alike. The What's New screen appears once after each release; press OK and it stays away until the next one.
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| AI Search Readiness Score | 0 to 100. How well your website's structured markup lets AI assistants read, trust, and cite you. This is the score on every member card and audit. |
| Citation Score | 0 to 100. How AI assistants actually treat you today: are you mentioned, and do answers link your own site? |
| Visibility | The share of test questions where the assistant mentioned your business at all. |
| Cited | The share of answers that linked your own website. Mentioned but not cited means the lead goes elsewhere. |
| Census | One measurement run: a set of real customer questions put to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, with every answer stored as evidence. |
| Engine Gap | The spread between assistants. A business can be a Claude regular and a ChatGPT stranger; the gap tells you where the work is. |
| DR (authority) | 0 to 100 domain strength from referring links. Shown on the sites that get cited instead of you: green means it is within your reach to outrank, amber means pitch to be featured on it. |
| Markup / Site content | The two kinds of fixes. Markup changes are generated for you and pasted into your CMS. Site content is a page your team writes, usually from a drafted brief. |
| Brand Canon | Your verified facts (address, phone, services, policies). Everything the platform writes is grounded in the canon and your own pages; nothing is invented. |
